A casual mixer will begin at 5:00 p.m. with

sodas, beer, margaritas, wine, and snacks

followed at 6:00 p.m dinner by Davila's BBQ

The cost to attend will be $75 per person in advance.  A $10 per person late fee will be charged at the door.

A panoramic picture will be taken @ 7:00 p.m.  The cost is free courtesy of Eddie Goldbeck.

FRIDAY August 22nd.  Only for those that have paid for the Saturday event, there will be a casual mixer held at Dick's Last Resort on the beautiful San Antonio River walk from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  A cash bar will be available as well as delicious complimentary hors d'oeuvres.

*Boat rides on the river are available for an additional $10pp to be included with you payment.
